        Opening a business account with Chase Bank proved to be an unfavorable experience. Their overzealous compliance procedures made the entire process burdensome and overly complicated. Despite my three visits to the bank in an effort to resolve the issue, I ended up deciding to close my account due to the inconvenience caused. While the employees at Chase were very friendly and even offered a complimentary water bottle, these gestures unfortunately didn't make up for the hassle and wasted time that the account opening process turned out to be. Based on my personal experience, I would recommend potential customers to consider local banks where processes are not overly complicated by corporate bureaucracy.
