        I would give 0 stars if it was an option! There are so many other options in Indiana. Do not let these people damage your renters history especially so early. From the leaking that flooded two whole floors to the rude women at the realtors office. You can and will find better! as you can see below, they responded saying the flooding affected two apartments one on the first floor and another on the second. THEREFORE! It was two floors! Also like I said very rude and nasty people. I didnt say they damaged my rental history and thats because I paid them a bunch of ridiculous fees in order for that not to happen. Everyone may not be able to do that. Avoid the headache. Take heed! RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE! There are plenty of places in Indiana

      Dionna, I have no problem with people leaving reviews whether good or bad. I only ask that you be factual. The "leak that flooded two whole floors" only affected 2 apartments and a small area of your apt, and was due to frozen pipes. Not due to any fault of ours. The incident was quickly taken care of and has not occurred before or since. Your ceiling staining wasn't addressed as quickly as we were not allowed access to your apartment. Additionally, your "renters history" was not damaged in any way as we reported nothing, so I don't even know where this statement is even coming from. Best wishes in your future.
