Suburban Propane

I have been an amerigas customer for 5 years the experience ive had was extremely bad. That being said i am switching to suburban propane and so far the terms seem good and the service was pleasant.

Terrible place to deal with.they charge tank rental,appliance inspection fees I can't remember all but get you anyway they can.when you cancel Your service they don't reimburse for all the gas left in tank.never again I'll haul my own first.

I ordered and paid for propane a week ago. It has not been delivered yet. I ran out of the gas last night so I called the office to find out when I could expect my PAID delivery. I was told the 27th which is today. Well supposedly the driver tried to deliver and said my street was too icy. My street is 40 feet from the main highway and plowed with sashes. This is not the first time this has happened. Why is it other vehicles make it but not suburban!

Rude people who have no common courtesy what so ever. When you talk to them, they treat you like you're interrupting them from playing solitaire on the computer. They won't fill your propane tank unless you buy or lease a tank from them; then they'll gouge the hell out of you. Zero starts for customer service. Go to Ebensburg and get top notch quality customer service without being forced into buying a tank.
