we stayed this past weekend we were in town for a cheer comp, the rooms weren't as bad as some made it out to be, the pool was fine, the breakfast was fine, front desk clerk Randy VERY nice and kind, same with the other gentleman we came in contact with at front desk, the rooms need updating but they were clean and NO BEDBUGS!

Robert is the best receptionists I have encountered at any hotel in my long life. His customer service is through the roof, and I have never been as happy with service as I was after speaking with Robert. He possesses people skills like no other, and really is a great guy down to the core. He deserves some recognition for his amazing work he is doing. I was able to speak about business fluently with him, and he genuinely knew what he was talking about. Id offer him a job at my law firm any day of the week. He was great.

Our family stayed here for 2 nights on 2/15/2024 and 2/16/2024, and we really enjoyed our stay. We had two rooms with 2 beds in each room. Our family prefers the Hilton brand, and we are Hilton honors members. The hotel is convenient to many nearby restaurants, shopping, and Indiana University of Pennsylvania. The hotel is like 5-10 minutes from downtown Indiana. I recommend visiting Philadelphia street in town which has lots of restaurants and shops. We were visiting Indiana to see Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) for our daughter, who will be attending IUP in the Fall 2024 as a freshman. We wanted to see the campus again and the dorms and the surrounding area. The hotel has a fitness center, business center, indoor swimming pool, and a hot breakfast for guests. The breakfast is served from 6-10am. Here is what is offered for breakfast: ( the hot items like the eggs, sausage, etc change on a daily basis) There is a nice breakfast area across from the front desk with many tables and seating for guests. Eggs Sausage Potatoes Hot Oatmeal Make your own waffles Muffins, toast, pastry, and toast Hard boiled eggs Yogurt Cereal Apples and bananas Mixed fruit cups Orange, apple, water, and cranberry juice cocktail The rooms are very comfortable and are clean. This is very important. Beds and pillows are very soft. Guests can easily adjust the temperature in the rooms with the thermostat. There is a flat screen television as well as a small microwave and mini fridge. The bathroom has a small hairdryer as well. There are body lotion and hand soap dispensers by the sink. There are shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers on the shower wall for guests. The shower pressure was good. There are 3 floors with an elevator. The hotel looks like it was recently renovated. It seems to be very well maintained. We just had one minor issue with our bathroom door in one of our two rooms. The door did not seem to be entirely level and there was a small gap at the top of the door and the door hit the floor when opening and closing and it took some effort to open and close the door. I did mention this to the front desk at checkout so they could have maintenance check on this. I am the type of person to say something so that the hotel is aware and so it can be addressed. It is the right thing to do. There is free high speed wifi for guests. We had no issues connecting. You just need to enter your last name and room number to sign in for wifi access. During our stay, it had snowed and the parking lot was plowed well. There were like 4-5 inches of snow on cars and trucks. We forgot a snow brush and ended up buying one at the nearby Walmart. I also wanted to comment on the excellent level of service provided by employees at the front desk and in the breakfast area. We did not have interaction with housekeeping during our stay. We will definitely be back as we will be visiting our daughter at IUP. I highly recommend this hotel.
