The staff is so stupid, I tried to help a girl checking in cz she couldnt speak English and they refused to check her in.

Dont come here. The only good thing is the security lady that was sitting at the little desk by the vending machines was very nice other than that this place is horrible

Reefer delivery. Since the reviews said there was overnight parking, I rolled in at 340am. The staging lot was pretty full but I managed to squeeze in. Look for the last Gordon driveway entrance with the little shed beside the driveway. Receiving officially opens at 6am but you can call the number on the sign and check in beginning at 530am. I checked in at 530, got a door by 6am, and departed at 1039. Once you get a door, enter through the gate at the end of the staging lot. Part of my total time here wasnt their fault-I had to pull back out of the dock because I forgot to remove my padlock from the trailer (hey I drove all night and was was tired as hl) and also waited a few minutes for an authorization for lumper fee from my company. Back in with doors closed, tandems back. Get your actual temp. Take your docs to the receiving office. Dont pull out on green light. Wait for receiving office to call, pay lumper fee then collect your paperwork. Lots of room to back up. I was able to walk my dog on the grass alongside the road leading to the facility. I cleaned up after the dog because drivers keep losing those type of perks due to messy people. While reading reviews, I saw some comments that the lady in receiving was rude. I didnt experience that-I just thought she was businesslike and quiet (very few words). I wouldnt mind coming back.
