The technician was rude, condescending and never once offered to resolve an issue that did not exist before he completed his repairs. I had him come back the next day and proved to him the issue could be resolved if he used my existing wall plate instead of the one he used. I was willing to pay for the extra work if he had offered to make things right or even give it a try. There was no apology, let alone any genuine effort to satisfy the customer. There are better companies that provide much better customer service.

Chuck was great and promptly arrived for the door and opener service call. What I liked most was that he did some simple maintenance on the door itself, like a tune-up, and did not try to upsell us on new parts or services. Instilled a great deal of trust in them for a first time customer.who will now be a repeat customer if ever needed.

The technician, Cori Merkel, educated me on a lot of the aspects of what can go wrong with my particular door & motor, etc. Some of them I was already aware of and was considering a total replacement. She offered me solutions that would work with our budget so were opting to go for it. I would highly recommend her & Precision Door Service to any of my customers with my Handyman Service business.
