BUYER BEWARE.... Run, don't walk from these guys! Terrible communication / terrible customer service / price was nearly $400 more than quoted. Delivery was (5) days late! CASH ONLY business. This should tell you something..... You've been warned!

This company would do anything to get the bid from the broker, but cannot deliver as promised. Not only they lied, but cannot take responsibility for their lateness. Could you believed after being late for 5 days as promised, the dispatcher has the nerve to tell me she doesn't know where the truck is and tell me to call the driver myself since she was out of lies for about a week of inconsistency. There unreliability has cost me lots of money. This company has no logistics planning to meet customer satisfaction. Bunch of loosers; scamers has better ethic.

This is fraud company. They delayed my shipment to get extra fees and not live tracking shipment. Stay away from them. Never hire them for your transport. No communication. SCAMMERS!!!!

This is fraud company not attending calls and everybody is just transferring calls. I have sent them a lot of emails over central. Don't work with them.

I contracted with the broker Montway LLC to transport my car from NYC to California. After the car was picked up I learned that Starway Logistic would be handling the transportation. And so the nightmare began . . . The car was supposed to be delivered on 10/31. It wasn't actually delivered until 11/11 - eleven days late. During that time no one from Starway contacted me with updates on the status of my delivery. When I tried calling them their phone would roll to voicemail. I left messages, but my calls were never returned. I relentlessly pestered Montway for updates, but they also had trouble reaching Starway. And when they did, the information they received was wrong. Starway committed to two different delivery dates after they missed the first one, and they didn't meet either one. And again, absolutely no updates from the on the status of the car. I checked out Starway on the Better Business Bureau website and found that they have an 'F' rating and there with a bunch of highly negative reviews. They also have very negative reviews on other sites like Facebook and Yelp. I have to say that shipping my car turned out to be the worst customer service experience that I've every had. Do not ship your vehicle with Starway if you can avoid it!
