Ilya Fish is great at what he does. My family and I were racing against the clock and needed a house fast. My husband and I were concerned that with our limited time that we'd have to settle for something less than perfect. Not with Ilya! Although, he is a busy man with many clients, we were always made to feel as a priority. When we showed interest in houses, he made himself available to show them to us fast, sometimes even that very same day. He'll coach you on offering higher or lower amounts, and why it is in your best interest to do so. He is also knowledgeable on important points of buying houses, like what needs to be replaced and how much it will cost. He is patient and helpful. I would recommend Ilya Fish to anyone who is seriously looking to buy or sell a house.

He made buying a house in a hot market easy, painless, fun, and rewarding. he has had my best interest in mind throughout the entire buying process, from the first house we walked into (and thime were lot!) until signing day, and beyond! he is attentive, available, communicative, patient, and so knowledgeable about the real estate business. he was able to answer all of my questions and offer advice & direction in all aspects of the home buying process. Ilya was absolutely the BEST when it came to both buying and selling our home! he negotiated with multiple offers to help us win the home we purchased for a great deal and got us top dollar when selling our home (highest price per square footage in our neighborhood!) he answered calls/texts all throughout the day and night to help us through the process! I would recommend him to anyone who is buying or selling a home in the area!
