Ultimo Eyewear

If I could give them a minus one star I would give them a minus 15. I ran over my glasses with my chair at work. Called Ultimo they said bring them in we will check them out. The young girl in the front said I will try to fix them or will have my boss do it should be ready tomorrow. Came the next day she said oh i didnt get to them (thats what you have my cell number for?) called almost a week later as I was sick and she tells me they must be sent off to be fixed. I said ok let me know the cost and how long. I am getting headaches from the glasses I was wearing. I wait and wait and call, and wait almost another week. I called today in the morning, no return call, called before I left work no one answered. Go in there and she says hi and knows me by name now. I asked her about the glasses she says they will be 65 didnt know if it was worth it to you to get them fixed. I said why didnt you call, she said I just got back. I said I left messages. She said do you want them back and I said yes. I mumbled a few expletives as I walked out the door and thought if you would of called a week ago I would of told you to fix them. 65 is not a lot, but rude is rude. I dont recommend my worst enemy to go there.

Ive had great experiences with Ultimo Eyewear over the past 4 years. Friendly customer service where they go out of their way to be of assistance. They have a wide variety of designer frames at affordable price points. I have recommended them to family and friends who have also had positive experiences!

Dont expect the hours of operation to be true. I made an appt to pick up the glasses, drove 45 mins and the store was closed!  It was terrible! So another 45 mins home.  No phone call to warn me -  no apology for the inconvenience. I called again to make sure the store would be open and Ill be there at 1pm. I was told that wasn't a good time. "I go home to feed my dogs from 12-1". Doesn't the customer spending $1200 get any service at all?? Poor business practices. I'll never go back or recommend. Not happy!
