        I lived here for 2 years, then I had to get out before I became bankrupt! They started my rent for one bedroom $1,650 a month the following year increased tp $1,850 then they send me the contract for this year for $2,900 a month! Seriously! They put a gate that never worked and issues with their water draining and they doubled my rent in 2 months! On top of that when I left they tried charging me $2,000 for cleaning fees after I left their apartment spotless! Thank God I took pictures and videos before I left! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

        Maintenance came less than 24 hours after I sent a work order request. Maintenance fixed everything quickly and efficiently! :)
