        Went to buy 3 pretzels. The man behind the counter grabbed my pretzels never washed his hands and never wore gloves. He is handling dirty money I gave him three dollars and left. When I arrived home and just threw the pretzels in the trash didn't like the way his hands looked. I will never go back there again and would not recommend it be careful.

        Pretzels are delicious. But choose a different location if possible. This place charges a surcharge to use a credit or debit card, 5%, which is higher than the average cost of processing fees which is 1.5-3.5%. So they are pocketing the extra cash. And they still require a $5 minimum purchase to use the card. I watched a guy needlessly add on to his small order just to meet the $5 minimum. If they are going to charge him for the privilege of using his card, why make him meet a minimum purchase? Meanwhile they call it a cash discount but it isnt a discount at all, its the regular price.

        I made a mistake selecting which day I wanted my order filled and the staff was awesome and accommodated us by filling the order on short notice. Thank you all at Horsham!

      Hi Ed. We are so truly sorry if this happened. We consistently train, and all of our employees are well aware that it is unacceptable to touch finished product with bare hands. Is it at all possible that the three pretzels went in the bag so quickly, you didn’t realize that he used a wax tissue to do so ? The wax tissue box is right next to the pretzels, sometimes, this may be out of the view of the customer. We will be sure to speak with our staff, and remind them. Thanks for reaching out!

      Hi! Thanks for sharing your feelings with us. For clarification purposes, please understand that we do not have a credit card surcharge, we offer a 5% cash discount. The “regular price” is the credit card price. We thought it would be nice to incentivize and reward those who pay in cash.
