        We have always had great service from Infinite. Two weeks ago on a Friday night, we realized the refrigeration system on our wine cellar had stopped working. It was extremely hot outside and we were concerned about the wines, many of which are collector caliber wines. I sent an email Saturday, not expecting to hear anything until Monday, and figured that no one would be able to service it until later that week. Received a call from Matt (one of the owners) on Saturday, and he sent John (a great tech whom we have had before) first thing Monday. In the end, we ended up opting to replace the unit. It was ordered and installed within 14 days. Matt and all of his crew were fantastic to work with. It was a pretty big job and Infinite was spectacular. I can't say enough good things about this company. I greatly appreciated how responsive and communicative Matt was, and the entire team from Infinite that came to replace the unit was great.

        We needed to replace our HVAC/heat pump system urgently, and given the excellent reviews we had seen we reached out to Infinite Mechanical. Matt returned my call promptly, checked out the situation and provided a very reasonable estimate on the same day - a meaningful discount to other bids we had received. He then visited our home again with an installer the next day to confirm that they understood our system and could procure the necessary components quickly. They installed the new system a few days later - less than a week from hot to cool! Truly excellent response and service, and I recommend them without hesitation. Service: Install AC

        I had an issue with my a/c. I had another company come out to diagnose and was told I needed a new condenser circuit board which they didnt have in stock and would have to come back. I called Infinite Mechanical for a second opinion. They were able to send a tech same day and he was able to diagnose & fix the problem quickly. No parts were needed. They saved me hundreds of dollars. They were honest, prompt, professional and cleaned up. I will be using them for all my hvac needs in the future. Service: A/C system maintenance
