Citizens Supermarket Branch

Worst bank ever!! Always locking my card for no reason! I deposited a 3,000$ check and they put a hold on it for 2 weeks plus locked my card on top of it! I went to the branch to ask why, nobody knew nothin or could fix the problem. I waited 2 weeks rushed back 1 day after work to get a new card and they had no manager on site so I could not get a new card printed, so I said fine ill just close my account give me all the cash I'll go to another bank! They tell me they can only give me 2,500$ in cash! Well have to give you a check! I just waited 2 weeks for this check to clear im not takin another check! 3 weeks later my cards still locked and most my bills are late costing me 50$ in late fees!

The branch is close to home. The staff are friendly, take time to help with my business needs. Awesome customer service!

I recently got a savings account here and, let me just say, Maria, Miles, and Scott are the coolest! They're really friendly and patient with baby beginners, such as myself.
