        Worst bank ever. These criminals lie, forge documents, refuse payments so they can steal from the people. Do yourself a favor stay far away from this bank!

        My experience with this branch was unfortunate. After opening an account with the help of a polite and nice individual, everything went wrong. My request for a credit card was not submitted, once it did it took over a month to arrive and reached the wrong location, my request for online correspondence was ignored and phone communications was not helpful. I closed the account as there are other options in the area

        I had a great experience working with kaitlyn from First Commonwealth Bank on buying my first home,I couldnt ask for a better experience,the process went really well and smooth,she discussed the different programs with me and what would fit best for my situation,communication was on point,any future dealings with buying a home or any property kaitlyn will be my go to lender:)highly recommend!!

        late fees and overdrafts for trying to close the account making it harder to close. put a freeze on the account trying to balance at zero and the app didnt work and i got charged. they took an extra $35 and made it incredibly hard and expensive to close account. trust your money with a more legitimate bank with better morals and software
