I had an absolutely amazing experience at Kaya! I went in for an IPL facial and wasn't exactly sure of how it would go since it was my first time having this service. Everything was explained thoroughly to me and walked me through each step as the service went on. I noticed an instant difference in my skin - but the real results showed after 2 weeks! Highly recommend Kaya Medical and this service!! Service: IPL photo facial

Doctors Aditi and Kamia are wonderful. I felt safe and well cared for during my Morpheus 8 face and neck treatment. They took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. As a regular microneedler, I have to say Morpheus8 goes way beyond my expectations. Weeks out of my first treatment, my skin continues to improve in texture and I look years younger, my neck lines are softer and jawline firmer. Pores have shrunk like nothing before. Looking forward to my next appointment! Thank you!

I rarely write review, let alone one this detailed, so please take the time to read this. I was looking to firm up the skin under my chin and heard about Kaya. I called and stopped by and spoke with both doctors. We had a lovely conversation about skin care health and nutrition and things of that nature. We talked in-depth about the procedures and financing. They had just gotten their system up and running for financing and I might have been the very first person to put in an application and be approved. As background, I was approved for more than five times what my services would cost. As we were talking we discussed price of course. They had told me that the price runs around $1,000 and because they were new they were offering the Morpheus 8, plasma, and luminescence all together. I asked if there would be any specials for the new year and they said that there would not. I told them that I would be calling to book an appointment after the holidays. On January 4th, I called and booked an appointment that should have taken place on the 9th of January, 2023. I received an email that had my appointment and an invoice. The invoice was for $1,250. That was no problem as they had told me that the cost would be around $1,000. In my opinion that was around a thousand. I spoke with someone on January 5th from the office to confirm what I was having done and I was told that the only procedure that I was having was the Morpheus 8 and to have the other two services with it that it would now run me $1,600. The reason I was asking about the cost was because of the discrepancy AND that I wanted to add another body part to be treated. No etheless, I explained that I did not understand why it was so much more because of what I was quoted when I was in and what I had seen on my invoice. I was told that the other parts of the service they were only offering until December 31st. I had asked if they would be willing to extend it as I was in the office and asked and they never mentioned that that ended on the 31st. I did not think extending it by a few days would be unreasonable. However, I was told that they had already given away enough of the free services and had to charge for them. I am not asking someone to give away their business or finagle something I do not feel I deserve, however when you are a new business and you quote a price to a client I think you should honor it if this is what you told them. I also think it's not very good business move to be willing to turn away $1,250 in business for a $350 service. Is it about the money? Somewhat. This was a big indulgence that I was excited to give myself. I tend to be a mindful of my spending when it comes to my finances and not carry any debt. I was willing to spend the money on the service, but will take a hard pass on havig it here... at this point it's a matter of principal. You may decide to have your services at Kaya, but I feel as a consumer, I want to give my money to businesses where I feel as I am being treated fairly. Kaya, in my opinion, is not one of those places. The friendly welcome I received as an inquirer changed when it came to dollars and cents. I do not see my comments as derogatory, but buyer beware.
