        When my doctor was on leave from here the covering doctor whom I had never met or spoken to decided to change my medication. I was not able to see or speak to them about it. Stay away from this place! They do not care about their patients.

        My doctors switched to Cocoa outpatient building about 2 years ago! Huge downgrade in services specifically customer service and how fast service you get Can't contact doctors. nurses or any staff member directly , you have to contact a call center and boy is that a huge time waster! Call center employees are literally just messaging staff and literally serve no real purpose! Huge downgrade for patient's. You can now expect any issues to take even longer now to be resolved because essentially they put a middleman between you and your doctors so you can't contact them right away!! I called the call center a few times and every time I do it's a long waiting time! Call center employee really told me 20 minutes on hold is normal! Get out of here!! No one has time for that bull! What a joke! Will be switching doctors and 100 percent staying away from anything in the Penn State Health Cocoa Outpatient Center! Also they added a new medical department in this building this year called gender surgery or identity !Really? Woke bullcrap and what a disgrace to allow that into society! America has so many issues and adding woke nonsense so you can rip off uneducated, lonely or lost people is a slap in the face to the founding fathers! If you have gotten this far into this review I also want to add there is several phone numbers as well which makes calling this place even more confusing and time consuming! America is literally dissolving into madness!
