They helped us out so much. Thank you so much Lauren and the rest of the platinum crew. Got to leave with the car that I wanted. Edit: my car broke down multiple time in one month of having it. We took it back to them. The service writer Wes was trying to make it seem like it was our fault even though it was not. The fact of the matter is the service department didnt do a good enough job to get the car ready to sell and we are not the only people this happened too. So while Lauren did an excellent job it making service fix the issues, they should have fixed them before.

Platinum Hershey by far the best experience. Lauren was my sales consultant, she was amazing. Lauren didn't pressure me into anything. I had a ton of questions to ask and she answered them. Tony and Mike were great too. Everyone made this easy for me. I felt welcomed and very satisfied.

Lauren was amazing. She had every thing done and correctly. Made sure the deal was done before we came in. Had all her ducks in a row. Bent over backwards to help us get into a reliable vehicle. This is the place to go. They treat you like family and are very honest. I definitely would recommend going here but please ask for Lauren! Thank you for all that you have done.

Sean Fry is a spectacular sales consultant! Very nice and such a quick experience. I was in and out with a car in about 2 hours. Sean put in all the legwork to explain the process, talk about trade in, and get me a loan. I can say enough about how awesome everyone in this office was for this purchase. Definitely consider them for your next car purchase!
