This company provides excellent services, they work with people with special financial and housing needs, as log as you tell them of your financial concerns they are willing to work with you. Staff are friendly and professional, kind and understanding to needs you have. Overall an awesome company

I'm not sure the other reviews are real, I'm currently renting from premeir (emails and photos to prove it). And its one of the worst slum lords I have ever seen. On top of it being filthy, drugs hidden in the closet, no fridge- fridge brought in broken- all food lost- week later new fridge- leave old fridge for 2 months in kitchen until tenant carried outside themselves, broken washer and dryer- still in basement since i moved in, absolutely no working light in bedroom, the most rinky dink bathtub setup (4 curtains around a clawfoot tub)- was told would be replaced before moving in to make safe for kids-untrue, curtains caused leakage-flooded kitchen- they said it's fine and left the nasty rotting tiles in ceiling. Not to mention they absolutely do not respond to the work order emails they demand you use to contact them, I've been without a stove for a week now and my daughter's birthday party was supposed to be tomorrow.
