I had a heating unit installed by Bob. He came out, was great with his men however, not even 3 years The circuit board has broken. I was told, and in the contract states that I have a 10 year warranty for this equipment. Ive been trying to contact him email ,send text and voicemail with no response. This is a horrible person to deal business with if I can give you zero stars I would. I had to pay out of pocket $647 to replace a circuit board that I was told was guaranteed for over 10 years a brand new installation.

They moved our air conditioner from the back of the house to the side of the house and installed a brand new air conditioner. They were on time, very efficient and did a great job! Left the area inside and outside clean. I would highly recommend using Taft Plumbing and Heating.
