    I received a letter in the mail about them wanting to purchase my truck and they would give me over KBB value for it and also i could lease a new tundra for 540. So i schedule an appointment with the Toyota side. They low ball me on and tell me to lease a tundra it would be 850 dollars a month which i told them my whole plan was to get into something cheaper than my payment now since i don't drive a lot. So about a week goes by i get another letter in the mail from the Gm about how they're still interested and they have something more to the sweeten the deal but i need to contact them. So I called and got put on the chevy side and i tell them about what happened previously and they say come in and we'll run numbers and it should be way lower. So I leave my house to go there and get a phone call about how they cant do anything more to achieve the figures I'm looking for. The following week i get a call from some manger who asks why i didn't show up and i explained it to him the situation i explained to the previous employee. He said that the numbers do not make sense so he's gonna run numbers and pull info and get back to me. He calls back and i wasn't available and i returned his call within five minutes and i still haven't heard anything back almost a week later. Im not upset that we couldn't make something work I'm more annoyed that they said x-y-z and didn't follow through with any of it. The whole situation was nothing but a waste of my time.

    We leased our first truck from them great experience with Becky! Our lease is up, we went up hoping to have a great experience again. Well we were so wrong!! We met with Harry, we didnt have a great experience while we were there but they called the next day so we figured lets try again. WRONG. He told me multiple times he would text/call me back after talking to the finance guy. I think he said his name was Chuck. That was March 27th weve never heard back. But hey blessings in disguise I guess. We ended up going to a different Chevy dealership. We got into the LT lease we wanted at the prices we wanted. Which they told us was unrealistic. And If I remember correctly the manager of finance told us to come back and see him when we couldnt find the truck we wanted in the payment we wanted. But thanks again Diehl. I will make sure everyone we know how awful the service is!- thanks Joe thats actually not what happened your sales guy Harry showed us work up sheets with the numbers being 650 being the lowest. He went back to finance at least 3 times. So us just getting up to leave is false completely false. After he told us that 635 was the lowest payment we would get we left.

Hello Shawna - I want to thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It is thanks to great people like you that we are able to learn and become better at what we do. I have dug into the circumstances when you were here, and I completely understand the frustration it causes when you are not able to get what you desire for a payment on a desired vehicle. When Harry originally showed you numbers on the truck you and your husband desired, we had worked up a payment of 589.00 and before even being able to have one of our management team address how we arrived at this number, you and your husband said that was not what you wanted and walked out the door. Our General Sales Manager met you at your vehicle in the parking lot and that is when you had relayed that you can walk into one of the local Chrysler Dealerships, tell them the payment you want, and they will give you a set a key's and you leave with what you want at that payment. I once again understand the frustration and I am truly sorry we fell short of your expectations as well as earning your business.
