Really wanted to like this place but nothing stood out-ordered a sampler plate and it was very small and expensive for $29.

A family friendly pub with a Scottish/Irish-ish theme. The food is a mixed bag of UK inspired pub dishes and some odd fusions. Service: Excellent. The waitstaff is very friendly and unintrusive, very professional and polite. Food: We recommend the "Hawg Wings" pork with orange chili sauce appetizer which we found very tasty. Also, the delicious, corned beef & cabbage spring rolls should not be missed. For our main courses we had the Guinness Beef Stew and the Bacon Wrapped Pork, and the Wallace Burger. All were EXCELLENT! The entrees were well worth the 45 minute drive we took to Hellertown. Atmosphere: The place did remind me a bit of the traditional pubs I visited in the UK. It's a bit noisy when crowded because everyone is having a good time. The dcor fits the overall theme very well. Surprise: They didn't have haggis. Seriously?! They did have "haggis hush puppies" but that is not at all the same, even though we enjoyed them. We will be returning with friends! Great place. Highly recommended.
