        We never had any issues with our previous management company but once Lot 74 took over we had a whole slew of miscommunication and other issues. Our rental property was finally inspected after 2 years and they also pick and choose when to play "property manager." Take your business elsewhere if you can! Just as a heads up...this company is still absolutely terrible and has a continous revolving door of managers. You ever receive a threatening letter to pay rent when it was only 2 days late?? Well...this was a first and was incredibly unprofessional. Do not give them your business EVER!!

      Just as a heads up...this company is still absolutely terrible and has a continous revolving door of managers. You ever receive a threatening letter to pay rent when it was only 2 days late?? Well...this was a first and was incredibly unprofessional. Do not give them your business EVER!!
