This office should be the teaching model for all practices regardless of specialty. Having been a patient in many substandard offices, I was immediately struck by the staffs professionalism and genuine concern for me. My voicemail was returned immediately upon the office opening on Monday morning and had me in there in a hour or so as an urgent patient. Though I needed a specialty procedure outside of what could provide, they went the extra mile and set up and appointment with an oral surgeon. I definitely will be back for general dentistry. I cant say enough about the staff at Hellertown. They deserve all the positive feedback they get. Well done. Kaf

Everyone was so kind and caring. Very professional while still knowing how to have a laugh every once in a while. Lol. 10/10 will recommend!

Called at 10:30 this morning for an emergency appointment and was seen at 12pm! Amazing!! Especially for me being a new patient!
