Rehabilitation Services–Station Circle

Rude down right rude!!! I have been with Lehigh valley hospital since I was a child. Lately I have been having nothing but issues with Lehigh valley mountain top location with rude staff and ignoring of a child.. I have spoken to the office manager multiple times now. With still having issues.. I had an apt today at 120 it was a video visit he called me demanding me to come into the office 40 mins after the video visit was supposed to start... after I told him no he got rude and hung up on me.. called back and they just wanted to make me go away.. it didn't work I demanded to speak to the office manager and not wait till they decided to call me back.. dr. Elmusa s Mohammed.. is a very rude and nasty doctor ... I am now leaving Lehigh valley hospital and will refuse to use them... this is absolutely ridiculous

I had to wait over an hour (with a full bladder) for a simple two minute pre-employment urine test. The staff was extraordinarily rude to me but had no problems chatting and socializing with each other. Maybe this place would be more efficient if the staff actually worked rather than hung out. I'd give this place negative stars if it was an option. If you have a choice (and I didn't) go ANYWHERE else, unless you want to spend the majority of your day waiting around.

Had to go here for pre-employment testing. I was never here before LVHN took over. I was a walk-in and waited less than 5 minutes. Registration was friendly, and Jack was great! Clean facility. Masks worn by all staff, although one person at the registration desk did have her mask below her nose while dealing with a patient. That was disconcerting. Still, 5 stars and would absolutely recommend to anyone.

I had an appointment for a preemployment physical, and had to wait over an hour just for them to bring me back. After doing the drug test and getting my TB test and vision screening with the nurse, I had to wait another half hour, in a chair in the hallway, until they had a room available for me to see the nurse practitioner. Altogether, I was at Coordinated Health for 2 hours and 15 minutes for a simple preemployment physical. The staff is nice for the most part, but their scheduling system for appointments and space is a disaster.
