If I could a -star I would, since I was only for getting a new card and the staff just simply decide to sit me down in the waiting room for about an hour, they put another person to cut me as well then saying they had an "appointment" but nobody took the time to tell me this specially the host lady, the one that told me this "explanation" was the lady that I know for sure was going to "help" me but she just decided to give me "the appointment excuse" instead of admitting the obvious they just cut me to help the other customer based on their race. Se creen que uno no se da cuenta de como corre la cosa en esas sucursales con esas personas de esta area de Hazleton.

Arrived to the branch at 5:52pm. The drive thru had the closed sign on, and when I made it inside to deposit a check the 3 female cashiers were annoyed at me and at another customer that made it before the greeter locked the door. Poor customer service.
