You know id like to give you more than 3 stars. Came out and installed a new thermostat same day i called. But you charged me $100 dollars over the cost of the unit. Ok i know you have to make money. But if that wasnt enough you charged $100 to install it, still ok. But then another $100 for driving time here and that wasnt quoted. You should tell people about that hidden cost. So $512 for a thermostat i can buy on Amazon for $180 and 30 minutes the tech was here. I feel fleeced. Im finding a new HVAC company. Not good business Plum Air. You should be upfront about cost before you come out. The tech shouldn't have to face the customer about the misrepresented cost. Youve lost a customer. Too greedy for me.

Great company to work with. They done an excellent job on my Carrier heat pump. Plum Air keeps you updated, and the workers clean up after themselves. I would recommend this company.

Very happy with the service on 8/7/23 the tech was on time very thorough and cleaned up after himself, it is truly hard in this day and age to get good service. Hope they take care of good employees like this! Harold N. Conyngham Service: HVAC system maintenance
