The strike obviously was the biggest issue and outside your control, but I would have preferred proactive communication instead of reactive. I was also told they planned to wash it and put some gas in it, which did not happen. That wasn't a major thing, but it was a chance to make it a better experience.

I recently purchased a new GMC Denali 1500 at Blaise Alexander's GMC dealership and found the best price and service hands down !! The staff were completly on point and new every aspect of the vehical i was purchacing. I traded in a Dodge 3500 and they offered the highest trade in value of all the other dealers i had visited previ ous. They also came down over 5,000 dollars off list when i purchace another vehical i wont wast my time shopping around !!!
