Kiras client had removed fixed items from the house which we did not notice until after the closing. When we alerted her about this she was defensive and then disinterested, but said she would look into it when pressed. She got back to my agent and and said it belonged to the seller and that it was too late, that we should have noticed when checking the house out at the walk thru. A light and security camera fixture which left a hole on front wall. As anybody knows fixed items are part of the house, not personal items as she said. I will never do business with her or will I recommend her to anyone. Lots of agents out there. Avoid her if possible.
