Overall a Good Experience. Had Colonoscopy. Staff was Nice, Dr Chawla was Great. I was Choosing to have No Anesthesia... Lady in Front was LAME and CLUELESS... I HAVE the Option To Not have ANESTHESIA and DRIVE Myself HOME. We are Still HUMAN, And Still have OPTIONS.

Efficient process, but they left me with a pretty nasty burn that no one could explain. I can only assume that it was a chemical burn. Either way, it should have been brought to my attention or steps should have been taken to prevent it from occurring. It's been about 6 weeks and it still has not healed completely.

Everyone is so wonderful from check in to the nurses and doctors. The anesthesia people are excellent ! wow!!!! I would have any surgery done here. They are so professional and caring. Great job to all of you working here. You are all Heros in my book!!!! A+++++

Staff was very focused on my comfort and made sure my procedure went smoothly and with as little stress as possible to myself. This was the second time I have gone there and both times were excellent, thank you for caring!!!!!

Almost a year after my surgery I am still receiving "Surprise" bills from this surgery center. After talking with a rep I have to go out of my way to prove to them that the bill was paid by my insurance. After all of the mistakes this billing department has made I should send them a bill for my wasted time! Truly appalling. I will never go back to anything Crozer related as it seems they are just out to rob me with frivolous bills.
