***Do not use if child has big emotions and anxieties*** I had great experiences until my son turned 6. They took him back without me because they say this is what they do when patient turns six which I was weery about because he has some nervous tendenacies but they made me feel as I had no choice but assumed they would let me know if something was wrong. I took my 3 year old daughter back and walk out to my son screaming, crying for me and they push me out to the waiting room when I tried to go over to comfort him. They then come and let me know next time they will make sure he has a room with me in it as it seems hes not ready to be alone (...obviously). Flash forward to today, and my husband takes him for fillings. They seem to have not marked in his records that he should not be taken back alone because of his past anxieties. They take him back alone and he freaks out. They then call to have my husband go back. They speak to you in a way that is shameful. I would think with a pediatric dentist they should be equipped to handle these situations as childrens emotions can be all over the place. They then threaten to cancel his appointment because his allotted time has been used. If they had documented properly last time they would have been aware of his needs and anxieties. Another issue is the last time my son had told them he had an upset stomach a few days ago (because kids say things out of nowhere) and they called me backed and interrogated me like I was a war criminal. Needless to say I am now removing him and my daughter from them. :)

i got my braces on 2022 and i just got them off one of the ladies in there cracked my tooth, they left nearly half the glue on my teeth and scrapped thin pieces of my teeth off even when i had the braces on i had to go back several times because they werent cutting the wires correctly the side of my cheek was bleeding a few times, and the 2 ladies who take appointments in the front are so rude, they always have an attitude, the communication with them is horrible, i will be finding another dentist

I've been taking my daughter here since she was 2. She's now 4 & needed X-rays and MARY an older lady was so impatient and rude because my daughter didn't stay perfectly still. She was basically having a tantrum because she couldn't get the X-ray . If she's going to be working with children she should have some more patience or have someone assisting her if a child wiggling is going to trigger her like that.

Overall my entire experience with this dentistry was horrible My daughter was scheduled for a 1:30 appointment she was not able to go to the back to see the dentist until 245 we sat for over an hour for us to go back to the dentist and for them to turn her away stating that shes not due for a cleaning so she cannot be seen they were very rude and in-compassionate, dismissive in my book I would say that they were very racist please stay away the worst experience for my child to ever experience from a so-called professional Establishment .this facility was not kid friendly there were no games/seating area for children in the waiting area it was not appeasing at all..most Kids are already afraid Of visiting the dentist so make it more comfortable for children being there its creepy when you first walk in is not inviting at all the whole experience was again HORRIBLE!!!!!!

My son had a consultation today for braces. The technician called him back and said were taking X-rays and Ill let you know how he made out and what happens next when were done. My son comes back up to the front and the receptionist yelled from the desk thats it your done I said so how did he make out? we will bill your insurance then call you back she was very dismissive. I asked the technician ( a different person) not even the same tech who took my 9 year old son back. So how did everything go? Again he just had X-rays? So I have no clue whats next, my son had so many questions as well. I am not pleased with the lack of communication from this office. The orthodontist part of this practice needs to work on better communication and not so annoyed when a patient has questions.
