        Darren who assisted me with a purchase was the best. He couldn't be more helpful. I got the maximum benefit with my rewards. He is an asset who assured my Kohl's experience was 100% positive. Love Kohl's due to great products, quality and value and because of employees like him. Thank you. Unfortunately I went back the next day and a female associate at customer service was the complete opposite. She was very unhappy to be assisting. I bought a pair of shoes , no box and she refused to give me a bag. Really? Darren needs to give her CS skills.
