Another form of government in the workplace that takes your money while business managers are doing coke and collecting a salary. They make deals with the contractor for a percentage of the profits from the customers Yea guys they make a lot more than just dues. They really cant compete because theres way too many hands in the pot which makes them overpriced. I was in this union and I wouldnt go back there for a pay cut. 70 an hour as a welder for your total package when theyre charging 200 an hour. I like 100 an hour and the contractor charges 160 which equals a lot more work! Never did need a hall to stick up for me. If I dont like it I go somewhere else. Unions are gonna be a thing of the past real soon so get out while the getting is good. Pensions haha they can make them disappear if they need the money good luck men! Put in your own retirement that nobody can touch
