      image I feel conflicted because I was charged a lot more than I expected today and the reasoning for the cost was not explained to me. No one warned me about the cost until after my taxes were filed. I also made an 11:00 am appointment today, but was not seen until after 6:00 pm. This became a day-long affair. My CPA also did not ask me about my student loans or charitable donations, so I'm concerned that information provided to the IRS was inaccurate.
      However, I am mostly just relieved my taxes are done. I also know this office was short-staffed today and stayed open after their normal hours to ensure I got my taxes filed by the deadline. I appreciate that.
