Minus not having the exact work boot I went for an not being able to order it the staff was helpfu, professional and apologetic.

Selection isn't bad, they didn't have what I wanted, but that is Carolina's fault not Supershoes. Staff is great, store is clean, prices are decent.

I was greeted at the front door with a smile and a welcome. I was shopping for steeltoe boots for my warehouse job. I was able to find the perfect pair for standing for 12 hours. They have a large selection of womans work shoes/boots. A second associate greeted me and asked if I needed help and then told me about the sale that was happening. I was able to check out fast and the associate told me to have a good day. The store was clean and well organized.

Excellent experience. The shoes I wanted werent in stock, but the clerk did a store search for them and has them being shipped to me.
