I've been with this company since the take over of G4S. They do not care about their employees and they are very inconsistent. They never answer the phone and I'd have to drive an hour to the office to talk to someone directly. My contract ended and they let me go without a position for 4 months. Lucky for them I had my part time job to fall back on. In between that time I applied for a position and the Interviewer mike is a racist. If you're black or Hispanic, good luck to you. I was already employed with the company and had to go through a whole Interview process and the guy made me think I had it come to find out I got passed over. He had the nerve to tell me I lacked experience despite having 5yrs in the field and 2yrs in the company. I went to that location a few months later and they had a 23yr old or so working there and he told me he had NO EXPERIENCE! Mind you that kid and I didn't look the same. Im a different race. I applied again and that Mike was late for the interview and claimed the position was no longer available. GTFOH. Like I said that Mike is a racist and treats blacks and Hispanics like garbage. Beware if you see a site on indeed hiring for security at geisinger hospital. Those are his sites. Also beware working under a woman named Jennifer. She does not know how to answer the phone and will make up lies saying she never got a missed call. I quit and I now work for a different company that treats me right. Stay away from Allied!! They will mess up your pay and will drop your wage at will. Happened to me.

This company is horrible to work for. Major pay discrepancies, loss of hours, lying to people to fill positions than firing them, site managers literally do not fix issues or even report them to their higher ups. I do not recommend anyone for this company as it is a waste of time.
