I live in a duplex and both my roof and my neighbors roof had some wind damage and was at the age of needing to be replaced. Brandon came out and got up on the roof with both my insurance adjuster and my neighbors. I was pleased with the quote as was my neighbor. A few weeks later the guys came out and replaced both roofs in the same day. They did a very thorough cleanup. Im very pleased with my new roof and would highly recommend Greenawalt. Greenawalt replaced my gutters/downspouts and fascia a few years ago and I was very happy with the job they did. Around the same time, I asked them to check my roof and they were very honest and told me I had a few years left on it.
A few weeks ago, I figured it was time for that new roof. Cory, came out, and gave me an estimate. I had a maximum price in my head that I knew I wanted to pay based on estimates my neighbors had gotten from other companies. The estimate was below that amount. I got no other estimates. There may have been other companies lower, but based on my previous experience with Greenwalt and the work they do, I didnt hesitate to contract them do my roof.
The installation and the clean up of my property was perfect.

We had a fantastic experience with Greenawalt Roofing. Mike, our service representative, was our advocate and was instrumental in getting our insurance company to understand AND pay our claim. The roofing and gutter/downspout teams were on time, fast and did a great job. Mike even helped to correct a color voice mistake that I had made. I would recommend this team to everyone.
