        The HHAs we had through this agency were greatwhile they lasted the couple weeks we had them. Communication between agency and their staff was poor, and it adversely affected our coverage of hours. Weve had no coverage for a couple of weeks now. We have been waiting for a call from them with an aid to cover our hours. We just found out through our insurance caseworker that the agency has discharged our family, which the agency never told us they were doing. Terrible communication, would not work with them again.
