Steve Cummings is the most amazing realtor I've ever had the pleasure of working with! Steve assisted my with the purchase of my 2 unit property in 2020 and he did a fantastic job of finding me the perfect house to accommodate my disabled father. I am a very picky person and he was definitely up for the challenge! The funny thing is... I only ended up working with Steve because the original agent I had contacted from another realty company couldn't meet with me for a week and anyone who knows real estate knows a house can be under contract within a few days of being posted. Steve was listed as the contact person on the website for the property I wanted to see so I contacted him. Steve was able to book me a showing the following day and even showed me 2 other properties that same day without having a signed contract. It was then I knew he was "my agent". Now I'm ready to purchase my 1st rental property so of course I reached out to Steve who promptly answered my call with a "Hello Erica, what can I do for you" (meaning he still had my number saved). Steve goes above and beyond for his clients and you can tell it's more than just a job for him!
