I would not recommend this Joy Daniels Real Estate Group. They are holding me hostage with my house. Not letting me terminate the agreement free and clear. They have really not done anything to market and sell my house. Put me in a situation, where they told me to move out due to closing was going to be December 1 then I find out It was never scheduled for that date. Then December 8 was closing, then it gets pushed to December 15. Then the buyers financing fell through and Im stuck with trying to pay rent and a mortgage. This company is only out for money. Run far away from this business.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Kathy Alvey from Joy Daniels Realty during the process of finding a home for my sister. However, the situation took a turn when the inspection report came back less than satisfactory. Kathys response to the challenge was nothing short of extraordinary. Not only did she swiftly find us reputable contractors to address the issues, but she also managed to negotiate significant compensation for the problems identified. What impressed us the most was Kathys philosophy; she made it clear that her priority was not just to close a deal quickly but to ensure my sister found the right home, regardless of how long it took. True to her word, Kathy presented several other options, leading my sister to fall in love with a new house. Throughout this journey, Kathy skillfully managed interactions with inspectors, contractors, brokers, and even my well-intentioned father, showcasing her exceptional professionalism and patience. She even braved the smallest crawl spaces to help during an inspection! The pinnacle of Kathys efforts was evident in the negotiation over the house my sister eventually chose, which had a 15 to 20-year-old roofa significant concern for any homeowner. Kathy not only addressed this issue but went as far as to negotiate an entirely new metal roof, all without altering our initial offer. This level of service was beyond our expectations. Our experience with Kathy Alvey was nothing short of stellar. Her commitment, expertise, and genuine care made a potentially stressful process a joyful journey.
