These guys are really professionals, friendly, courteous, and gave us the best prices. My house in the Bronx needed major emergency repairs, and we couldn’t find anyone who’s willing to do the jobs at the pace we want and the conditions we wanted. They had given us the details and delivered as promised. Everything was in building codes, really knowledgeable guys. Just wish I had knew about them earlier. Excellent workers.

This is probably the most reliable and professional construction company in the area. I lived in the Bronx for decades. This company charges the cheapest prices but does high quality work. I had hired them to remodel a house in March 2019, I bought a while ago in 1988, and they made it look so brand new that I was shock. They got a red van full of the most equipment I ever seen. They also partner with other companies which gave me discounts. The supervisor of that company, Severino and Ramon were really knowledgeable. They work fast. I appreciate Olivos Property Perfection a lot for their hard work and totally recommend them.
