I have a question I have several cavities that need filled I have extremely bad gag reflex so you guys cause anesthesia to put people under and I mean asleep so you don't see anything

My family and I have been patients for 3 years and our appointments usually go well with no issue. Today my 6 year old was refused his 4pm appointment because we arrived at 4:05. The front desk lady kept repeating that the hygienist was running late and they didnt see me waiting at the check in . She kept insisting we were 10 minutes late which was not true. At 4:07 I was asked if I was checking in. . No time window seems to exist. Tip: if you are neurodivergent, do the thing where you get to appointments obscenely early here ( I didnt have that option today) If you are late they will repeat the same thing as if you havent heard them and they arent afraid to do it in the waiting room. I took my kid to a dentist appointment and all I got was confused and dismissed.

Overall great experience, courteous staff my hygienist was Barb and she is spot on. Dr. Deetz and his staff or true professionals I highly recommend their services

The best service ever from the receptionist to the Doctor I would recommend Paxton Dental highly! The best in the area! Dr Gerber is the best in this area hes very very much into his job and Dr Deets I love this dental group.
