Our experience with this clinic was terrible and they are definitely not child-friendly. During my son's eye exam, Dr. Kirn called him rude and disrespectful. My son was truthful about not wanting to be there and was uncomfortable during the appointment. He is a child who struggles with anxiety, unfortunately the staff made no effort to ease his concerns or provide comfort. Instead, we were treated awful and he was traumatized by his experience. I am very disappointed with Dr. Kirn's conduct. The ladies at the front desk were kind though. If you have similar concerns with your child, please check my other reviews to find a more suitable clinic.

The worst customer service ever girl grabbed frames out of my hand and told me that's not what I want called today to see my eye Dr with uveitis receptionist couldn't find a time for me to see my eye Dr I'm done

I love this place. And they give you a sense of value as their customer!!! Thank you Kirn!!! Had a situation where I would run out of contacts before I could be seen. Christina helped me out.
