        I've been banking with them for over 20 years. It use to be a welcoming atmosphere where everyone knew you and smiled. Now I loathe going to thus branch because they have zero customer service skill unless you speak Spanish. They're rude, snappy and don't comprehend what you're saying. They listen to respond and not to understand. Highly unprofessional and rude
