Recently was under there leasing until my lease ended I started with cash now. Came time to move out and yes there were things left in unit due to being pregnant and moving alone. When I reached out I spoke with one nice male named joe, the next person who got on the call was very very rude yelled at me and was very disrespectful when all I did was ask about update on receiving my deposit back I never demanded anything but they young man proceeded to yell and cut me off very very rude very unprofessional.. I could understand if I was being demanding but again I am 9 months pregnant.. no one has the energy I just was wondering IF I was going to be getting anything back from it I feel I should be able to ask a question. Also written in my lease that no home repairs is responsible on my end that it was the landlord responsibility. Rent was fully paid by CPC up until I moved out due to lack of communication and not being able to renew lease. Hopefully someone who has control of there temper will reach out and get the actual details they need so this dont have proceed into a court case. The way I was just treated was very unprofessional and very rude.
