My mom is their patient. She doesnt speak English yet. We had problems with their prescription. And I called to ask them to call her back with an interpreter. The receptionist was rude and arrogant and didnt let me explain, interrupting every word. She got me to lose my temper at the end. This doesn't seem right. Management should get them through training.

What a terrible front desk experience. The receptionist was very unprofessional. I had an appointment at 10:20 an was told "someone" cancelled it. In addition, all 3 employees were hundled around talking indifferent of the clients in the waiting area. Not cool.

UPDATE... They have truly made some improvements and I am happy with the receptionists and medical staff. I will continue to be a patient with them. I truly enjoy my healthcare experience there. I love the doctor there Dr. Wheeler. He is awesome. The medical assistant is also great ...... However the front desk staff never answers the phone . They don't seem to want to work. They spend more time socializing with each other than worrying about the patient. The are very rude. The doctor is wonderful and knowledge, caring and kind . But they need to work on the staff. The reason they got 4 stars was for Dr. Wheeler and the wonderful medical assistant.
