        Haven't had a bad experience. Their payment portal can be wonky, so I pay via debit over the phone. They have really worked with me when I was unable to pay and they are very kind as well! Very helpful

        I was under the impression that credit unions were all about assisting their members with all aspects of finance management. I was declined a small credit limit credit line while carrying a fair credit score in the rebuild after losing everything during the Covid crisis. This was a huge disappointment. I am now reconsidering my decision/options on where to grow my retirement savings.
