- Once we changed the batteries in the remote, the TV worked fine. The remote should probably be switched entirely as you had to press quite hard to get some of the buttons to work. - There WAS hot water. The last place we stayed didn't have any, so that was a definite plus. - Weird location. Difficult to get to. The turn off wasn't very obvious. Most places nearby can't be walked to because of the highway. Used Grubhub delivery for dinner. - Word of warning: There's a $100 security deposit at check-in. We booked through Kayak and didn't see that mentioned anywhere so it came as a shock. - Our only interactions with employees were great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Rooms: - Bed and pillows were too soft and had no spine support. Sheets and blankets were all clean though. - Bathroom needed a more thorough cleaning. I had to wipe off the toilet as soon as we arrived because of the... dirty brown water. One of the towels was either stained, or had also been spritzed with whatever substance was on the toilet seat. Same colored drops on the floor by the sink. - The motion sensors on the light switches are useful if you accidentally fall asleep with the lights on. But they kept turning off while we were sitting in one place eating. - There were a bunch of little things that needed fixing. One curtain was starting to come off of it's loops. You needed to use both hands to change the toilet paper roll holder because the spring would send one half flying across the room since there wasn't anything holding the halves together.

Being objective with the good and bad. Room was very nice with a great TV, nice comfy beds. Had a coffee maker, no cup, no cream, no sugar. I drink it black so biggie but there was leftover food in the fridge from god knows when and a used nail clipper on the floor. The one thing I have to say is the lack of customer service. I stayed last Thursday night for roughly $60. They charged a $100 deposit that I am still waiting to get back. I had an upcoming stay booked. Partly my fault, I clicked Thursday(3-28) to Saturday(3-30). I meant to book for the week prior, again my mistaked. Same nights, same room, everything just one week earlier. Was told no without paying outrageous penalties. Or, the kicker was, cancel with no refund and rebook?? I could understand if they didn't have availability or I was making all kinds of changes. Simply one week prior with 3 weeks advance notice. Good news is I can/will cancel and stay somewhere else and will never recommend or stay here ever again.
