The woman working at the register was very rude, I asked her if I could use her bathroom and she replied with a blunt No. Im a delivery driver and really needed to use the bathroom which in this case if she really couldnt allow me to thats fine but how she said it was rude.

On April 25 2023 I was in your store and it was between 3-5pm and the lady that was working was very rude and disrespectful to me..I approached her and she was coming from the back refrigerator section and was talking to her about and wanted to switch out a tea that I had just purchased from the Union Deposit store 10 minutes before..I wanted Diet Decaf tea which I thought I bought but it turned out to be Diet Decaf Orange tea all I wanted was to switch it out and purchase another one as well..she blew me off and walked away from me and said she was going to wait on the other customer..still no answer from her if she could help me and she told me that she did not know how to exchange it..THEN WHY IS SHE THERE WORKING IF SHE DOES NOT UNDERSTAND HOW TO DO THE TASKS THAT COME UP IN HER JOB..

The assistant manager Antiono is just horrible, he doesn't say hello. Thank you and it always seems to be an inconvenience for him to wait on you. After I paid I said "your welcome" to him. NO RESPONSE I will be going somewhere as this happens time and time again.

The asst Manager antonio with the long hair always has a bad attitude, its like he hates his life or something.. why come to work & rub that nasty energy on others
