        I had an electrical problem with an antique microscope that is very important to my business. The usual microscope repairman told me that it could not be fixed. The replacement cost would be $40k. He came on time, took an intelligent, problem solving approach to the problem and fixed the microscope at an extremely reasonable price in a short period of time all while being one of the more pleasant people you are likely to run in to. I am very grateful and he will be the guy I call from now on.
