        I was impressed with Thomas Edison Electric from the friendly professional who assisted me with securing an appointment, the individual who provided confirmation and follow-up, to the electrician who assessed and serviced our unit. With each contact, I realized I had hit the generator service jackpot. The electrician was personable, professional, knowledgeable and didnt mind answering the numerous questions that asked. It is not often that one encounters this level of service throughout the entire process. I expect to have our generator serviced and maintained by none other than Thomas Edison Electric for years to come.
